Pilates

Pilates is ideal for improving general fitness. Our Teacher focuses on gentler Pilates exercises, which aim to improve balance and posture as well as muscle tone. They are suitable for absolute beginners and can be extended for more experienced participants.

There are 2 groups. Cost is £32 for 12 sessions. If you would like a taster session at a cost of £3.00, please phone the Tuesday or Friday Group Coordinator.

The courses are taught by a professional Pilates teacher. You will need to bring a mat and wear comfortable clothes. Courses must be booked and paid for before a session.

After the summer break we restart on Tuesday 8 September and Friday 11 September and will run for 12 weeks with a break of one week for half-term, finishing on 1 and 4 December respectively.
